"I am committed to guiding people of ALL abilities on their Journey to Wellness"
Raising a child with a disability can be an overwhelming task for many families. Finding resources for parents and families can feel daunting. Parents often feel isolated and alone in their search for answers to help their child navigate through the daily challenges of living with a disability.
As the parent of a child with a disability I have experienced frustration and despair while seeking out professionals to educate and support our son and our family on this journey. I have devoted the last 18 years to become educated in specialty diets for optimal nutrition, sensory integration techniques to balance the neurological system, hands-on modalities to increase range of motion and decrease spasticity, and sexuality education to support self-advocacy and independence.
As a Health Educator I am committed to guiding people of ALL abilities on their personal journeys to have healthy relationships, optimal wellness, sexual self-advocacy, and to live meaningful lives.
There is no class on 6/19 and 6/21.
